Refund Policy

This policy applies to anything you buy from Selva Productions LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company at 1600 Sarno Rd, Suite 14, Melbourne, FL 32935, United States, including purchases made through the websites of our productions.

1. All sales are final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. Once a purchase is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits because you changed your mind, can no longer attend, or did not use what you bought.

2. When a production states its own terms

A production may publish its own refund terms on its website or on the confirmation you receive at checkout. Where it does, those terms apply to that purchase and take precedence over this page. If nothing is stated, this policy applies.

3. Cancellation or material change

If we cancel a production outright, we will tell you how refunds work for that production at the time, and we will not take longer than we have to. If a production is rescheduled or materially changed, your purchase normally carries over to the new arrangement; any further options will be announced by that production.

4. Fees and third parties

Where a refund is issued, booking or payment-processing fees charged by third parties may not be refundable. Purchases made through a reseller or a third-party platform are subject to that platform's own policy.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in your purchase being cancelled.
