Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Selva Productions LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a Florida limited liability company at 1600 Sarno Rd, Suite 14, Melbourne, FL 32935, United States.

1. What we collect

This site has no accounts and no forms. We collect:

• Email you send us. If you write to hola@laselvadelbajo.com, we keep your name, email address and whatever you tell us so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, to keep the site running and secure.

Sign-ups, purchases and messaging for our productions happen on each production's own website and are covered by that site's privacy policy. For La Selva del Bajo see laselvadelbajo.com.

2. How we use it

• To answer your messages and follow up on them.
• To run, protect and improve the site.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers to host the site and handle email. They process data on our behalf and under contract. We may also share data when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not share it with anyone else.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may store data there. If you are outside the US, your data will be transferred to and handled in the US.

6. How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your request and for a reasonable period after. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short rolling window.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
